IMPORTANT NOTICE!! 

We are one of very few shippers of frozen products in the USA.  As highly perishable items all purchasers must understand the importance of adhering to our shipping policies.  There can be no misunderstanding of the policies set forth below. 

In certain instances, we will require a signature at the time of the FedEx delivery, so it is very important that someone is home to accept delivery.  We provide tracking numbers to where the purchaser can look up online to find out the delivery day in advance.  We will not be responsible for spoilage if the driver is unable to obtain a signature,  thereby having to redeliver on another day.  Likewise, for an order not requiring a signature, we will not be responsible for spoilage resulting from packages left waiting at the front door. 

If the order is shipped to a different address, it is the purchaser's responsibility to notify the details of the shipment to the recipient so they can prepare for the arrival.



DRY PRODUCTS – SALES & SHIPPING POLICY

*  We will not be responsible for order errors or for the wrong ship to addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes.

*  All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday to all states within the continental USA or on Tuesday if there is a major holiday falling on the proceeding Monday.

*  All dry products are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of the order unless instructed otherwise by the purchaser.

We require a signature receipt for all orders exceeding $150.00 including shipping fees.  Any person who is home may sign for the FedEx delivery.  it is very important that you track your shipment and plan to have someone home to accept delivery.  If no one is home, it is FedEx policy to return the shipment to their local facility for re-delivery the next business day.

*  All orders received on Fridays after 10 am will be shipped the following Monday.

*  No changes are allowed to orders which have already been paid for by credit card or through PayPal.  Order cancellations, item deletions or item reductions must be done within 6 hours after the order has been submitted using the "contact us" message feature on our home page.  Any increases in your order can only be done by placing a separate order.

*  Items that are unavailable at the time or order will automatically be canceled from the order and your credit card will be credited back for the cost of the merchandise unless other arrangements are made with our customer service department.

*  All orders are shipped in cardboard cartons with fragile items wrapped and cushioned with loose foam peanuts and/ or bubble wrap.

*  We do not ship chocolate candies during the periods April 1st thru October 15th due to higher temperature conditions.

*  We will not be responsible for orders left at the recipient's front door and is confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If purchasing Hawaiian Sun products including Can juices, Jams & Jellies, and Syrups you acknowledge that you have read the consumer warning as described in the provisions of Proposition 65 and is further outlined in the description box of each item involved on the website.

 


FROZEN PRODUCTS - SALES & SHIPPING POLICIES


  • Frozen product orders are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays and on Wednesdays only when a federal holiday falls on Monday of that same week.
  • Orders received after 10 am Tuesday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.
  • We will not be responsible for claims made for ordering or shipping errors as selected by the purchaser.
  • Only FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Overnight must be used to ship Frozen/Chilled products.
  • We will not be responsible if FedEx or USPS is unable to make the delivery on time or not at all due to severe weather conditions.
  • Frozen products must be ordered separately from dry products.  If both product categories are intended to be ordered, two separate orders are required.  It will be to the purchaser's benefit to save on shipping fees when using FedEx Ground for dry products and FedEx 2 day for frozen.
  • we require a signature receipt for all orders exceeding $50.00 including shipping fees.  Any person who is home may sign for the FedEx delivery.  It is very important that you track your shipment and plan to have someone home to accept delivery.  If no one is home, it is FedEx policy to return the shipment to their local facility for re-delivery the next business day.  Please be reminded that your order is highly perishable and will degrade if unattended for an additional day.  We will not be responsible for claims made for ordering or shipping errors as selected by the purchaser.

  • Freezer products are shipped in cardboard cartons with 1" Styrofoam inner lining with frozen gel packs for maximum temperature control.  However, we are unable to guarantee the product will be received in a frozen state.
